The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for Business Development as well as Account Management in the assigned JLS Sales Region. Activities include prospecting, lead qualification, face-to-face sales calls, opportunity management, and various reporting requirements. Identified as the face and voice of JLS with our customers and prospects, it is critical that the RSM represents the values and ethics of JLS through professional behavior. JLS places a high value on teamwork and looks to the RSM to work with the JLS team to ensure success in the region. This is a salary & commission, exempt based position reporting to the VP of Sales.
The Lead System Engineer is the primary engineering resource for one or more concurrent JLS system jobs. This senior level engineer must work independently, often on multiple projects, and prioritize tasks based on general guidance from management. Duties include some project management of each job, and a high level of responsibility for the final outcome of the project. Leadership of other project team members and technical review of all engineering disciplines on a project is required. Engineering tasks often include programming a robot and vision system, CAD design of mechanical components, and specification of vendor-supplied equipment. Sales assistance and applications engineering are also typical subsets of this position. Documentation of work done on each job is the responsibility of the engineer on each job.
The Aftermarket Engineer will work primarily with fielded JLS systems, adding features and system functions to support our customers evolving operations, requirements and production. This person will lead the development of new robotic end of arm tooling, testing and implementation in the field. The Aftermarket Project Engineer will also be responsible for software upgrades, new product implementation and retrofit execution.
