Craig Souser 
President/CEO

Craig Souser is Chairman/CEO of JLS. He develops the primary goals, operating plans, policies, and short and long range objectives for JLS. While leading the organization toward its objectives and heading company oversight and business operations, Craig employs his industry expertise in sales and new business considerations.

Craig Hafner 
Chief Technology Office

Craig Hafner is the Chief Technology Officer for JLS. Craig reports to the President/COO and is responsible for the design of JLS equipment. In addition, Craig is part of the team responsible for JLS technology planning and development. Prior to joining JLS in August 2001, Craig was a member of the engineering team at Ward Machinery of Baltimore, MD.

 

Craig Wolfe 
VP Operations & Manufacturing

Craig’s extensive manufacturing background offers a wide range of experience from operations management, acquisition integration, lean continuous improvement, quality, safety and purchasing to maintenance, assembly, customer service, fabrication and cross-functional team management.

Mike Newcome 
VP of Sales

Mike leads our sales group and is charged with exploring new markets and growth opportunities. He joined us in 2016 as Central Region Sales Manager and soon became Direct of Sales, Central U.S. & Canada. Prior to joining JLS, Mike served in similar positions at Hartness International and other industry organizations.

Gary Pickett 
Director of Business Development

Gary manages our Integrated Systems Group and leads us in exploring new markets and product development opportunities. Prior to joining JLS, Gary served as President and VP Engineering at Bradman Lake Group in addition to spending time as an industry consultant.

Bill Stratford
Director of Aftermarket Sales & Service

Bill manages our support group which includes field service and parts. Prior to joining JLS, Bill served similar roles with packaging OEMs Ilapak and Kliklok-Woodman. In addition, he has held various executive level positions in the manufacturing sector and served in the U.S. Navy as a Petty Officer Nuclear Submarine Program.
