Vision that finds the product

JLS EyeQ vision locates each piece on the infeed — position and orientation, even in random presentation — so the robot picks reliably at line speed. Sensor-based detection is used where an application doesn't need vision. Vision, controls, and HMI are programmed by the same JLS team.

System design, sanitary engineering, controls and vision programming, HMI, and tooling are done at JLS in York, PA — on commercially available robots and B&R hardware.
