From Bowl Feeder to Single File Sausage Loader

At the heart of the Kestrel snack stick and sausage loader is high-speed centrifugal technology that singulates products from bulk infeed with remarkable accuracy. Traditional singulation methods rely on conveyor belts with rails or lane dividers that guide products into rows—a process that often results in tumbling, bottlenecks and the need for manual intervention. Thus, lower throughput occurs because products must be gently guided into position, and the friction and mechanical contact can damage delicate product surfaces. The Kestrel's centrifugal approach overcomes traditional sausage loader limitations by efficiently transitioning products from bulk to organized single file without excessive handling or contact.
