Bill started with JLS in June of 2019 as the Director of Aftermarket Sales and Service. Bill is very customer-focused, handling all of the management of Service, Parts, and Aftermarket activities.

The culture makes JLS different from other companies. I have worked in the Packaging Industry for a very long time with our partners and our competitors. Hands down, JLS is the best company I have ever worked for. JLS' commitment to our customers and our employees is unmatched! It starts at the top and just trickles down!
In your opinion, what is the closest thing to real magic?
Really good Bluegrass pickers. When a band is tight, and they just play off each other. Flat picking the guitar, the banjo, the mandolin, upright bass, and fiddle when they all come together.
If you were famous, what would you be famous for?
Playing my Little Lady Harmonica (world's smallest playable harmonica) on stage in New Orleans with Big Willie Lockett and the All-Purpose Blues Band.
What can you do today that you couldn't do one year ago?
Come into the office to work! I was exiled to home due to Covid.
If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Pizza! All styles of pizza. My homemade, Sicilian, Greek, Chicago Deep Dish, Detroit pizza, New Haven pizza, even Old Forge Style Pizza. Just one thing…pineapple and ham don't belong on a pizza, nor does chicken or bacon. I know someone will take issue with the bacon! But it just ain't right! Another thing, don't dip your pizza in Ranch Dressing like those Kooky Californians do.
