Navigating Through COVID-19

We are here to support our customers that are essential businesses. JLS® is committed to caring for the health and well-being of our partners, customers and employees. Here are our latest actions and policies regarding COVID-19.

  • Screening of all visitors entering the building. All visitors to our facilities are required to complete a questionnaire before they are allowed in the facility. This allows only essential visits into our facilities. 
  • Taking additional steps for hygiene and sanitation. Multiple procedures are in place to address personal hygiene, workplace sanitizing and so on. We are bringing in a special cleaning crew daily to wipe and clean common work areas.
  • Minimizing building staff. Only those employees essential for production are allowed into our facilities. All other employees that are able to work from home have been advised to do so. 
  • Keeping service technicians available to all US customers. Service technicians are still traveling to care for those customers that require on-site support. 
  • Internal education. Forming a support group to help work-from-home employees with home schooling and ways to educate their children.
  • Supporting local businesses and employees. Essential employees working at our facilities are having all lunches paid for by JLS and catered in from local carryout restaurants.
  • Task teams for development changes. Task teams have been implemented to discuss development changes daily through an online medium.
  • Daily updates to all employees. Daily updates are being issued in regards to things going on both internally at JLS and externally.
